John Stawicki, President
John Stawicki’s career is a success story in progress. With over 39 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industries, he’s become one of the nation’s most respected construction managers and developers.
Expertise and Experience
Mr. Stawicki has extensive experience overseeing high-end developments in Florida and the Bahamas. This experience has positioned him as an innovator and leader in construction.
He also held numerous managerial and contractual positions with high-profile companies. He was the founder and president of Promolont Builders, SA and Promolont International, a general contractor for commercial, residential, and historic renovation projects.

Mr. Stawicki’s fluency in four languages, depth of experience, and inherent business sense has allowed him to take Promolont International to global heights. Promolont International has become one of the world’s preferred construction management and development firms by offering an environmentally conscious approach to the design and construction of every venture.

John L. Miller
Chief Executive Officer
John was employed by the largest retail grocery store chain in the world for 24 years. He participated in all aspects of the company including marketing, advertising, buying, and training. He was responsible for developing and implementing programs that increased sales and profits for the company.
In 1988 John started his own private retail grocery chain which grew to forty-eight stores in three states by 2015.
John also served on the Board of Directors of a regional medical center in Little Rock, Arkansas from 1999 until 2005.
John has been a Partner and a Board of Directors Member with Promolont International, Inc. for over 20 years.
John Kevin Miller
Vice President
Graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas in 1992 with a BA in Political Science
Worked as an Investment Banker at Crews and Associate in Little Rock, Arkansas from 1992 until 1994. Areas served were sales, underwriting and compliance.
Opened a chain of restaurants in 1994. Grew company to five locations. Operated all locations until they were sold in 2014.
Co-owned Arkansas Laser Services, Inc. 2015-2019. Managed all job quotes and customer relations. Oversaw company growth until the company was eventually purchased
by a venture capital group.
Starting in 2019, worked as an independent precious metals consultant helping people and companies add gold and silver to their portfolios. Managed all facets of transactions including purchasing, sales, importing and coordination. Also, during this time, aided in developing the Precious Metals division at Promolont International, Inc.
